JOB DUTIES As a residential care worker, you are an adult support in daily life for the young people at the residence. You organize simple recreational activities, help with meals, and cooperate with guardians and school when needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is interested in and enjoys working with young people. You have a natural ability to build good relationships and make contact. You can organize and take initiative for activities and carry them out together with the young people. You have integrity and are calm and balanced. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
