Quality and Product Development Coordinator at Bama Foods

Bama Foods in Lindesberg is now seeking a Quality and Product Development Coordinator for the Quality & Innovation team! As a Quality and Product Development Coordinator, you will be an important link between product development and quality. You will work broadly within the product development process with a focus on quality assurance, compliance with regulations, and documentation. The role involves extensive collaboration internally, while also having some external contact. As a Quality and Product Development Coordinator, you contribute to ensuring that our products meet both internal requirements and applicable legislation. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for product labeling, including nutritional values and ingredient lists Ensure that labeling complies with legal requirements and internal guidelines Participate in artwork and packaging processes Conduct risk analyses related to new raw materials, suppliers, and recipes Plan, participate in, and sometimes lead trial runs Ensure quality in the product development process through analyses and validations Drive and participate in improvement and optimization projects, for example related to product range and cost savings Responsible for documentation related to changes and development projects Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in areas such as food science, quality, development, or related fields, or who has acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You may be at the beginning of your career or have a few years of experience working in quality and/or product development. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience from the food industry, but it is not a requirement.
