Health Center Centrum Laholm is now seeking an engaged district nurse who wants to be part of our competent and warm team. About the Position The assignment involves varied tasks for a district nurse at a health center such as phone advice, scheduling appointments, assessment and triage, and reception work. We have a senior clinic for those 75 years and older. There we offer daily phone hours, advice and support regarding health, medication review, and other matters related to seniors' health. Here you work in close collaboration with our district doctors. The health center also has specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, urology, and lifestyle. Depending on your qualifications and interests, there is an opportunity to work with specialist clinics and the senior clinic. Work hours are daytime Monday - Friday plus every fourth weekend. About the Workplace Health Center Centrum Laholm has approximately 5,800 registered residents. We are located right next to the Lagan River and have facilities with fantastic views and proximity to beach, exercise facilities, golf courses, and beautiful nature. We currently have approximately 30 employees with various professions. At the health center we have all the clinics needed to offer good and accessible care. We have a well-functioning rehab and psychosocial team. Our child health clinic is integrated into the family center in Laholm. We are a good, cheerful group that takes good care of each other, and we think it's enjoyable to meet new colleagues who bring new ideas to our operations so we can develop our services to become even better! Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a district nurse. Knowledge and experience in health promotion work are advantageous, as is interest in developing our lifestyle clinic. We would also like you to have previous experience working at a health center or with reception work. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to work independently. As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-focused with good interpersonal skills. You work well in collaboration and enjoy working in a team. The ability to be flexible in your work is also considered an important quality. Good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
