Krokom Staffing Pool is a temporary staffing pool that meets the temporary/urgent need for short-term substitutes in care and health services, preschools, and leisure centers throughout the municipality. In order to create secure employment conditions and meet the operations' needs for short-term substitutes, we are now seeking a recruiter. As a recruiter, you and your colleagues are also responsible for filling the Social Services Department's summer substitute positions. The Social Services Department consists of 600 employees where the breadth of the assignment is extensive. The department is divided into five operational areas and is located throughout the municipality.
