Do you want to work in an operation where administration, service, and community benefit meet? We are now seeking an administrator for Individual and Family Services in Ljusnarsberg. With us, you will have an important role in daily operations where you serve as support to the department and are also one of the first points of contact for citizens, relatives, and partner organizations. About the Department IFO in Ljusnarsbergs Municipality is responsible for operations including adult and financial support, children and families, assistance for the elderly and people with disabilities, and employment services. As a smaller municipality, we maintain close collaboration between departments and have short decision-making processes. This also means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence work methods, and participate in the development of the department. Job Responsibilities In the role of administrator, you will work closely with social workers and managers on varying administrative tasks related to the operations. You will work with: mail handling and distribution of incoming documents monitoring of functional mailboxes and incoming documents from authorities and courts, for example contact with citizens, relatives, and partner organizations via phone, email, and in person support to social workers on administrative matters record registration and document management bookings, notices, and meeting administration statistics and compilations other administrative tasks within IFO's operations The work involves daily contact with people in different life situations and requires professional conduct, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Qualifications We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and experience in administrative work. It is an advantage if you have experience from public operations, social services, or other work in public administration. You have good computer skills and are quick to learn different operational systems. Experience with record registration or document management is an advantage. To thrive in this role, you need to be organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating well with others. You need to be able to handle periods of high pace without losing quality or professional conduct. The work requires strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
