JOB DUTIES Become our new employee at the Adult Services Unit within Individual and Family Care as a social secretary focused on people with mental health issues/illness. With us, you will be part of a unit with great commitment to our target group and our mission. The Adult Services Unit strives for employees to feel involved and contribute to the organization's change initiatives. We invest in your personal development and competence. With humor and engagement, but serious in our approach, we conduct our work. The unit works with several target groups including people with harmful substance use/addiction, mental health issues, victims of violence, people who perpetrate violence, and people experiencing homelessness. As a social secretary with us, you will be tasked with assessing and investigating the client's needs, making decisions about interventions, and following up on them. You will work closely with the client and other stakeholders involved in the client's work toward a more positive life situation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. We want you to have personal maturity to meet clients' needs in a professional manner. It is advantageous if you have experience with public authority work and our target groups. A driver's license is required. Employment Type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: August 2026 or by agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis. Here you have a unique opportunity to influence and contribute meaningfully to our community residents between 0-20 years old, while working in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
