About the Job
Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys Hemma? Most people probably answer the sea, which is totally fine. But we'd love to see you at Willys Hemma Kil Skogsvägen this summer!
Position details: Fixed-term employment at 26 hours per week during summer 2026.
Start date: By agreement
Work hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
When you work at Willys Hemma, you'll have a fast-paced day. You'll do everything from unpacking goods, working the register, helping our customers find what they need, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys Hemma, you'll quickly take on your own responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
You take responsibility for your job, are punctual and reliable.
