Project Manager

Job Description – Project Manager Holsby Metall is growing and we are now seeking a structured and driven Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for our customer projects from start to finish. As Project Manager with us, you are responsible for planning, driving and following up on projects in close collaboration with the customer, production and internal departments. You have a central role in ensuring that projects are executed according to customer requirements, on time and with the right quality. You function as the hub of the projects where you coordinate resources, create structure and drive the work forward. Responsibilities Plan, initiate and lead projects through the entire implementation phase Coordinate between customer, production, purchasing, marketing and technical departments Follow up on schedules, deliveries and finances in the projects Ensure that customer requirements and quality standards are met Handle changes and solve problems that arise during the project Report status and progress both internally and externally Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented and has a strong drive to make things happen. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, hold the bigger picture together and ensure progress in multiple parallel projects. You are communicative and clear in your work approach, and you easily collaborate with different departments.
