We're now hiring dedicated press technicians for our factory in Holsbybrunn! About the Position As a press operator, you'll be an important part of our production. You work both operatively and with a development focus on our presses, helping to ensure high quality and efficient production. Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: Program and set up hot presses Adjust and calibrate press equipment Feed material into automatic presses Monitor and operate presses Participate in developing production solutions and optimizing cycle times Assist in prototype development and testing before series production Perform daily machine maintenance Conduct quality control checks We're Looking for Someone Who Has technical interest and experience with press work or similar production Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team Has a desire to develop and contribute to improvements in production We Offer a varied and developmental role where you'll have the opportunity to influence and improve our production processes, while becoming part of a dedicated team with high expertise.
