Inside Sales Representative
Holsby Metall is growing and is now seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who wants to be a central part of our sales process and contribute to increased business value and customer satisfaction.
As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you work closely with both our customers and outside sales team with a focus on creating structure, following up on deals, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You function as an important link between customer, sales, and production, and contribute to driving business forward in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
Support the sales team in daily work and facilitate the business process
Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding prices, deliveries, and status
Calculate and prepare incoming inquiries
Register and manage items in the business system (Monitor)
Follow up on ongoing deals and ensure delivery according to plan
Collaborate with production and procurement for the best possible execution

Qualifications
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Good computer skills
Experience with customer contact, administration, or sales
Merits:
Experience from manufacturing industry
Knowledge of business systems, preferably Monitor
Technical understanding
