Do you want a key role in an international delivery process where structure, collaboration, and problem-solving are in focus? Then this could be the role for you! We are now looking for an experienced colleague who wants to work with shipping and invoicing of Erasteel's products. The position is based at our facility in Långshyttan, where you work close to production with a focus on timely delivery to customers and planning of packing operations. Our products are exported to customers across much of the world - Europe, North and South America, and Asia. Your Assignment In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that Erasteel's customers receive the products they have ordered. To succeed, close collaboration is required both internally and externally - you function as the central hub between production, the sales organization, transporters, and authorities. The work encompasses several areas, including planning, shipping, and development of work methods and tools. Planning Plan shipments and loading, and create clear plans for the packing department Prioritize orders in production to ensure timely delivery Responsible for updating and developing planning tools Drive improvements, digitalization, and efficiency in shipping and invoicing processes Shipping and Invoicing Ensure that finished products are delivered and invoiced correctly to customers, sales companies, and agents Handle inquiries and resolve clarifications from the sales organization Responsible for monitoring letters of credit (e.g. amount, currency, quantity, and terms) Follow up on finished products and ensure delivery according to plan Verify that delivery documentation meets customer requirements Book transportation with approved carriers Prepare packing instructions in line with customer preferences Who Are You? You are a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in a coordinating role. You collaborate easily and are comfortable taking responsibility, prioritizing, and driving work forward. Since the role involves leading and directing planning in daily operations, you must be able to communicate clearly and create engagement among your colleagues. We see that you have: Post-secondary education in logistics (at least 2 years) or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience working in planning, shipping, or similar Strong skills in Excel, SAP, and Power BI Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong skills in Swedish and English We Offer At Erasteel Sweden, you will have a central role in a globally operating industrial group with high technical expertise.
