About the job
Here you work hands-on in prototype manufacturing in production. The work is characterized by flexibility, problem-solving, and constantly new challenges rather than long production runs. You will gradually learn several of our machines and processes, with the goal of building broad expertise within the operation.
Your responsibilities
Operate and manage machines in prototype manufacturing
Work with first-run productions and varied manufacturing tasks
Become familiar with and take responsibility for multiple machining and measuring machines, and develop your technical expertise
Contribute to continuous improvement work in production
Collaborate closely with colleagues on the team to achieve common goals
Location
The position is located in Gimo and is performed on-site.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a technical upper secondary education background and CNC training. Experience from the manufacturing industry is a merit, and it is an extra plus if you have worked with CNC machines or cutting machining. Knowledge of CAD/CAM is also considered a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and the ability to work in English.
