About the Position Professionals Nord is recruiting a Field Mechanic on behalf of Kranpunkten. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Kranpunkten for 6 months. After that, the intention is for you to become directly employed by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You are often the first to identify the problem and ensure that the right measures are taken to get the equipment running again. The work involves great variety – some days consist of scheduled service assignments while others may involve more urgent interventions. The role also involves close customer contact where you represent the company and contribute to a positive customer experience. You will be part of a competent and dedicated team that ensures good onboarding and provides you with the right conditions to develop and succeed in the role. The work area is primarily in Norrbotten and you have the opportunity to work from home. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, but if needed, urgent matters may arise that require flexibility. We Are Looking for Someone Who: · Has experience with mechanical work and knowledge in electrical and hydraulic systems · Holds a Class B driver's license · Good Swedish in speech and writing (for customer contact and documentation) It is advantageous if you have experience from a similar role or have worked in a heavy workshop environment, such as with construction machinery, tractors, or similar. Experience as a car mechanic is also considered relevant. We believe your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive in this role.
