The company is now seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who wants to drive quality work forward together with the organization. About TopFormula Healthcare AB TopFormula Healthcare AB is a leading manufacturer of vitamins and dietary supplements. The company produces both its own TopFormula brand, sold through e-commerce, as well as high-quality products for other brands within several segments in the Nordic region and parts of Europe. The quality-certified production facility is located in Gamleby and currently employs approximately 49 employees. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 250 million kronor and is in an expansive phase with significant investments in production, automation, and new production processes. Your Role As Quality Assurance Manager at TopFormula Healthcare, you have overall responsibility for the company's quality work and ensure that products, processes, and procedures meet high standards according to FSSC 22000 and other relevant regulations and certifications. The role combines operational quality work with the development and improvement of the quality function. TopFormula Healthcare currently has an established quality management system and is simultaneously facing continued development in line with new investments, increased customer requirements, and changing industry standards. In the role, you work closely with production, technology, development, and management and become an important part of the company's continued growth journey. You report to the CEO and are part of the management team. Examples of work tasks: Develop and maintain the quality management system Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant requirements Preparation and implementation of CAPA plans Conduct risk, hazard, and supplier assessments Responsible for quality-related documentation and process audits Conduct training and support the organization on quality matters Work closely with production to develop and improve quality work in daily operations In the long term, there is an opportunity to build and develop a larger quality team as the company continues to expand. We are looking for someone who: Has experience with quality work in manufacturing operations Has good understanding of processes, documentation, and quality requirements Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently Has relevant higher education or equivalent experience in quality Experience from the food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in quality work and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the organization's regulations and processes. It is also an advantage to have experience with certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, or similar standards as well as experience with quality management systems and improvement initiatives.
