A social worker employed by the social services (this position) and a school staff member with relevant education in psychosocial work. The school social team complements existing operational initiatives, such as attendance teams and other support services. The mission is to capture, analyze and translate experiences from operational work into developed methods that reach a broader target audience. Through this, the team contributes to creating sustainable structures for early interventions and strengthened collaboration between school, social services and other actors, such as child and adolescent psychiatry. Your responsibilities As a social worker in the team, you work from the social services' reception function. In addition to collaborative work in the team, you will also work with statutory duties. In the role, you have a particular focus on social and psychosocial factors that affect students' school attendance.
