As an HR Specialist, you are expected to work proactively and be an accessible collaboration partner to the municipality's managers. Our main focus is always good and quality operations, and our task is to provide qualified support to the municipality's managers. Our overall mission is to contribute to making Lekeberg an attractive employer. Work Tasks In your role as HR Specialist, you will work broadly within the entire HR area, which means supporting managers on issues including: recruitment and skills provision work environment rehabilitation contract interpretation and labor law negotiations and labor law matters wage formation preparation and analysis of statistical data certain investigative work Your work tasks involve both operational and strategic work. You will contribute to improving HR processes with routines and structures to support our managers in various personnel-related matters and in their management role. Your work also includes system administration, developing various governing documents, and preparing decision documents for political decisions within the HR area. The HR Specialists work strategically toward one or two administrations part of their time, and serve as a first contact person for the administration to HR. This way, you have great opportunities to get to know the operations, build relationships, and become well-informed about what happens in the daily work. However, we are keen on helping each other and distribute the various assignments from the administrations internally when needed. Depending on your knowledge, skills, and experience, work tasks and areas of responsibility may vary. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: • an academic degree of at least 180 higher education credits as a personnel specialist or other education with a focus on personnel and labor market issues • several years of experience in qualified HR work • good experience and knowledge in using digital tools in your daily work • a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • current knowledge of applicable laws and agreements within the HR area and experience in applying them in practice • driver's license with B-class eligibility Meritorious is: • experience working in a politically governed organization • experience working with municipal collective agreements • if you have worked in any one or more of the systems Personec, Winlas, Platina, Stratsys, Visma Recruit, Adato, or Novi. To succeed in this assignment, you must be a very good administrator who plans, prioritizes, and takes responsibility for your work tasks with quality and efficiency. The work requires that you work independently and drive the assignments forward. To succeed in the role, you as a person need to have personal maturity, be stable, and have an easy time building relationships and creating trust. Your self-awareness enables you to distinguish between the personal and professional, and you are also willing to ask questions when you face challenges. Because the work involves handling complex personnel matters, it is important that you have high integrity, good judgment, and feel confident in your competence. It helps in your daily work if you are comfortable speaking in front of larger groups, as you may be asked to conduct training for managers or present matters to politicians. You need to be flexible and have an easy time adapting to new circumstances and be solution-oriented since no two days are the same. The ability to analyze and create an overall picture of many components are important assets for succeeding in the role. You take responsibility for continuously maintaining and developing your knowledge through environmental monitoring and your own initiatives for development.
