The Children and Education Administration encompasses preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, after-school care, upper secondary school, and adult education. Our administration currently employs just over 200 staff members.
We lay the foundation for lifelong learning by offering secure care and stimulating learning environments. We actively work with guiding interaction and base our approach on children's and students' conditions and their personal abilities.

Lekebergsskolan 7–9 is a secondary school with approximately 330 students located in Fjugesta. Here, students and staff meet in a secure and inclusive environment where knowledge, respect, and good relationships are central.

Resource Pedagogue at Lekebergsskolan 7–9
Do you want to make a difference for students every day? We are now seeking an engaged and secure resource pedagogue who wants to help create the conditions for all students to succeed in school.
As a resource pedagogue at Lekebergsskolan 7–9, you work closely with a smaller number of students who need extra support to manage their school day. Through relationship-building work, clarity, and structure, you help students develop both academically and socially. You become an important adult in the students' daily lives and work in close collaboration with teachers, student support services, and guardians.
Work Duties
In your role as a resource pedagogue, you will:
Provide individual support to students during the school day based on their needs.
Support students in instruction so that they can benefit from school content and reach their goals.
Contribute to structure, security, and study peace during lessons, breaks, and transitions between different activities.
Help students plan, organize, and complete their schoolwork.
Work in a relationship-building and motivating manner to strengthen students' self-esteem and independence.
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, student support services, and guardians regarding students' development and needs.
Participate in work to create an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students.
The role involves working closely with a few students with the goal of creating conditions for a functioning school experience and positive development both socially and academically.

It is advantageous if you have:
Relevant education in pedagogy, children and leisure, social work, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience working in schools or other activities for children and young people.
Experience working with students in need of special support.
Knowledge of neuropsychiatric conditions and adjustments in the learning environment.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
