Rotakorn Electronics is now seeking a B2B Sales Representative to fill a Sales Representative role. At the same time, you're expected to actively seek out and build relationships with new customers to grow your own customer portfolio. About the Company Rotakorn Electronics is an independent distributor of electronic components with customers and suppliers around the world. Since 1990, Rotakorn has helped companies create efficient and sustainable supply chains through high service levels, strong business acumen, and long-term relationships. Your Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you'll be a vital part of our sales team. Your mission is to develop business by creating new opportunities with both existing, previous, and new customers. During your initial time in the role, the focus will primarily be on reactivating customer relationships, identifying needs, and building long-term partnerships that create value for both the customer and Rotakorn. This gives you the opportunity to learn our products, customers, and working methods while gaining experience in proactive sales. You'll have the opportunity to build up your own customer base by developing existing relationships and gradually working to create new business and customer contacts. Your main responsibilities: Develop and reactivate previous customers Identify new business opportunities Conduct customer meetings via phone, digitally, and on-site Present solutions and create business proposals Prepare quotes and drive deals to closure Build long-term customer relationships Participate in trade shows, customer events, and networking meetings Work closely with colleagues in sales and procurement The Team Wins Together At Rotakorn, we believe that the best results are created when people help each other. Your Profile We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and is driven by developing business over time. You're curious, proactive, and enjoy working toward clear goals. At the same time, you're a team player who appreciates collaborating with others to achieve shared success. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience in sales or another role with significant customer contact in B2B Experience working toward goals and delivering results Strong communication skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B driver's license Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office It's a plus if you have experience with proactive sales, CRM systems, or sales training. If you also have good knowledge of languages beyond Swedish and English, we see that as an additional advantage.
