Sales Manager – Full-time (start date by agreement)
We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager who wants to be a key person in our continued growth. In this role, you'll work both strategically and operatively with sales, customer relationships, and development of our offerings.
As a Sales Manager with us, you're an active seller focused on selling our events and customized experiences. You're responsible for the entire customer journey – from initial contact through booking, planning, and follow-up. You work closely with both new and existing customers and play an important role in building long-term relationships and partnerships.
Your main responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive sales efforts forward
Manage customer dialogue from initial contact through completed event and follow-up
Create quotes, pricing, and customized packages for private and corporate clients
Work closely with operations and event teams to ensure high-quality execution
Represent the company and our brand in a professional manner
Stay updated on our concepts, products, and experiences to present and sell them effectively
We're looking for someone who is self-driven, business-minded, and has a genuine interest in sales and customer relationships. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create deals, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and company growth.
You have at least 1-3 years of experience in sales within events & projects
