K 4 in Arvidsjaur is a small regiment which means close relationships, both within the organization and among colleagues. K 4 trains, develops, and leads ranger units with qualified capability to operate in depth within enemy formations in a subarctic environment. Military Health Services provides health and medical care including daily healthcare for conscripts during basic training, occupational health services for employees, and medical support readiness in the field. In short, our mission is to help the regiment maintain its physical and psychological "combat value" by ensuring healthy conscripts and staff. In Arvidsjaur, we are a team consisting of physicians, psychologists, nurses, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, and a department head. As a nurse with us, you work both independently and in a team with other professions. K 4 and Military Health Services are growing – we want to expand our team! Main Responsibilities Within health and medical care/daily healthcare for conscripts, you will maintain a medical clinic for conscripts, identify individuals requiring follow-up, investigation, treatment/care, and/or rehabilitation for medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses related to service. You often perform the initial medical assessment before referring patients to other professionals or higher care levels. Your daily work includes, as part of occupational health services, vaccination work, health examinations, and statutory occupational medical checks, as well as health assessments and educational initiatives. The nurse is important in maintaining acute medical care and heightened medical readiness during the regiment's training activities. This means work is sometimes conducted in the field, so physical activity/training is part of your duties. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications · Licensed registered nurse with at least five years of clinical experience in Sweden · Relevant specialist training or other competence deemed equivalent by the employer · Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing (Swedish/English) · Good computer skills · Driver's license category B minimum with manual transmission (driving is part of the work) Personal Qualities You are driven and flexible.
