CNC Operator

We are now seeking two experienced CNC operators for a client in the Arboga area – one specializing in milling and one in turning. You will work in a modern shop environment where you are responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently managing the entire process from drawing to finished part. The work consists mainly of small series and single-piece manufacturing, where precision and quality are crucial. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning) Independently program machines Process parts in small series and single-piece manufacturing Work from drawings and technical documentation Location: Arboga Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Shift work, 2/3-shift About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a CNC operator who is confident working independently. You have good programming experience and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are thorough, solution-oriented, and have a strong technical interest. Qualifications Several years of experience as a CNC operator Programming experience Experience with small series and single-piece manufacturing Swedish fluency in speech and writing Meritorious Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems CAD/CAM knowledge Forklift certification Overhead crane certification We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
