Technical Inside Sales/Support
Mattssons in Anderstorp is now seeking a person for Technical Inside Sales/Support. Here you will be an important part of an engaged team that works closely with both customers and internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, delivery security, and business development. About the role In the role as Technical Inside Sales/Support, you work in a combined position where technical advice, inside sales, and customer support go hand in hand. You have daily contact with customers and actively work with orders, quotes, forecasts, and delivery planning. You serve as an important link between the customer, procurement, and sales organization and work to find the right solutions for the customer's needs. The role also involves contributing to upselling and business development by leveraging your technical understanding and knowledge of Mattssons' range of fasteners and C-parts. The work includes, among other things: Handle orders, quotes, and customer inquiries Provide technical support and advice to customers Plan deliveries and work with forecasts Contact suppliers and make simple purchases Ensure delivery accuracy and high customer satisfaction Activelywork with upselling and business development Maintain article and customer data in business systems You work in a structured manner with follow-up and planning and collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure an efficient flow from quote to delivery.
