About the Role In this role, you have an important function in daily operations, where you handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, register orders, and ensure that the flow from order to delivery runs smoothly. You follow up on deliveries, maintain ongoing customer contact, and ensure they receive quick and accurate feedback throughout the entire process. Over time, the role will develop and include opportunities to visit customers and further build relationships. This is a varied role where you need to be comfortable with responsibility, taking your own initiatives, and working solution-oriented, while also contributing to the team and ensuring that work functions seamlessly all the way to the customer. About You You are a structured and organized person who thrives with control over details and creating structure in your work. You have previous experience from, for example, inside sales, procurement, or an administrative role, and bring with you a basic understanding of materials, preferably within metals or related industries. You are not at the very beginning of your career, but have sufficient experience to quickly get up to speed and contribute. As a person, you are responsible, helpful, and unpretentious. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and don't hesitate to find the information you need yourself.
