The Role in Brief As Senior Quality Engineer, you are the customer's natural and trusted contact for all operational quality matters. You have overall responsibility for quality performance with one or more key customers and play a crucial role in strengthening both customer satisfaction and business. You drive complaint and improvement work in close collaboration with internal functions, lead 8D work and coordinate cross-functional teams with a clear focus on results. Through structured approaches and sound business decisions, you ensure that actions are not only implemented but sustained over time. In this role, your main responsibilities will consist of service, repair, and maintenance work on casting tools and cutting tools. Some machine work may also occur. The work takes place in close collaboration with other staff in the maintenance department, as well as in production.
