Within our niche, we are the leading foundry in Northern Europe. Senior Quality Engineer We are now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who wants to take on a key role with us at Gnutti Carlo Group. It's about ensuring the highest quality and strong customer relationships in automotive. This is a role for someone who wants to work closely with both customers and operations and who is motivated by seeing concrete results from your work. With us you will have great responsibility, clear mandate and the opportunity to influence, both operationally and strategically. The Role in Brief As Senior Quality Engineer, you are the customer's natural and trusted contact for all operational quality matters. You have overall responsibility for quality performance with one or more key customers and play a crucial role in strengthening both customer satisfaction and business. You drive complaint and improvement work in close collaboration with internal functions, lead 8D work and coordinate cross-functional teams with a clear focus on results. Through structured approaches and sound business decisions, you ensure that actions are not only implemented but sustained over time. In this role, you have natural leadership, strong decision-making ability and high integrity. You lead through competence, trust and the ability to get things done. In this role you are expected to: • Be a role model for a strong safety culture • Apply the "stop work" principle when risks are identified • Ensure that quality deviations are analyzed from a risk and product safety perspective • Integrate safety into complaint handling, 8D work and improvement initiatives Your Background Quality and customer focus are your strengths. You build trust through clear, professional and proactive communication. When delivery issues occur, you are the one who creates structure, pace and confidence.
