Business-Driven Sales Representative at Algeco

Algeco is now seeking a business-driven and relationship-building sales representative who wants to develop business within residential units and complete camp solutions in the Swedish market. In this role, you will work with customers in the industrial, energy, data center, infrastructure, and large construction project sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving deals from first contact to completed solution.

About the Role
Algeco delivers complete residential and camp solutions for projects where people need to live, work, and thrive over extended periods. Solutions may include residential modules, dining halls, offices, welfare facilities, and other amenities that create functional work and living environments.
As a sales representative at Algeco, you will be a key person in the continued investment in the Swedish market. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal specialist functions to create business-focused and sustainable solutions.
Location: Umeå or Bro
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers in the industrial, energy, data center, and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
Drive sales processes from prospecting to agreement and follow-up.
Develop customized solution proposals together with internal resources.
Lead and follow up projects throughout the entire business process.
Contribute to the development of Algeco's offerings within residential units and camp solutions.
Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities.
We Believe You
Have experience with successful B2B sales.
Are experienced in creating new business and building long-term customer relationships.
Have strong personal drive and thrive working independently.
Are business-minded, structured, and solution-oriented.
Have a good understanding of complex sales and project-based business.
Master Swedish and English well in speech and writing.
Have experience from construction, industry, rental, facility management, or related sectors. This is desirable but not required.
