Description Tungelsta School is located in the southern part of Haninge Municipality. The school's catchment area consists of urban and rural areas. Stockholm city is conveniently within commuting distance, approximately 30 minutes by car or commuter train. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to school from Tungelsta station. Bus stops outside the school. Tungelsta School is organized in grade-level work teams from grades F-9. Each work team is led by a team leader. At Tungelsta School, we are constantly in dialogue about school development for improved results and greater equity. We work to develop increased participation and responsibility among all staff in order to create well-being and good learning environments for our students. We're looking for someone who has worked in schools and has experience working with students as well as knowledge of good learning environments. You are a clear and trustworthy person who, with joy and creativity, ensures student learning. Your assignment will be to serve as a grade-level mentor for grade 7 in middle school. We want you to use your knowledge and experience to optimize students' opportunities for a successful school experience. We're looking for someone who is a relationship-builder and a trustworthy person with strong communication skills who finds it easy to connect with young people. You will be responsible for attendance/absence, conflict management, contact with students and guardians, and close collaboration with the school's student health team.
