Physical Therapist in Sveg

Then apply for the position with us at Härjedalen Municipality! The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Social Services Department. At the Rehabilitation Unit, we work in close collaboration with other staff in care and support services within the municipality's special housing facilities, short-term housing, home health care, and home services, as well as for individuals who receive services under LSS. The Rehabilitation Unit serves the entire Härjedalen region and operates from locations in Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Work Location: Sveg Responsibilities - Provide good and safe care throughout all stages of life and identify and actively prevent health risks. - Conduct physical therapy assessments and follow-ups based on the individual's needs and circumstances. - Maintain close, team-based collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses, benefits coordinators, care staff, and family members. - Documentation in the journal systems Viva and Cosmic. The work requires independence as you will structure and plan your working days on your own. Working hours are daytime, weekdays. As a physical therapist, your work is characterized by a salutogenic approach with the individual user in focus. We work from a person-centered perspective and are an important part of developing and transitioning toward good, accessible care where we increase focus on health promotion and preventive work. Qualifications Requirements: - Licensed physical therapist or physiotherapist. - B-class driver's license. To work in care for the elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal records clearance is required. Meritorious: - Previous experience from municipal operations. Beyond adequate education and experience, great weight is placed on personal suitability.
