Now we are looking for an experienced finance manager who wants to take comprehensive responsibility and make a difference for people and the environment on Österlen. About the Role As Finance Manager, you will be part of our management team and report directly to the CEO. You hold overall responsibility for the finance function across all companies in the group and lead a department with four employees. The role is broad and combines operational finance work with strategic responsibility, and you are an important discussion partner for both management and the board. The role includes: Monthly and interim reporting as well as annual reports and auditor contact Budget processes, investment calculations, and project monitoring Financing, loan and swap procurement, liquidity forecasts, and cash flow analyses Ongoing accounting, closing of books, and management of VAT, taxes, and fees Overall responsibility for rental operations Procurement, contract management, and internal control plans External reporting to the Tax Agency, Statistics Sweden, and SABO Maintenance of fixed asset registers, internal invoicing, and depreciation Management of internal projects within system development and process implementation Leadership, task allocation, monitoring, and development of subordinate staff The position is planned to start sometime in early 2027, but there is some flexibility.
