About the Job We're looking for someone who is passionate about service and wants to put the guest at the center! As an evening server at Bykrogen, our restaurant at Hotel Lapland in Pajala, you'll become part of a dedicated team where quality, professional pride, and joy in work are the focus. We believe you: Have a positive attitude and enjoy meeting people Are attentive, responsible, and collaborate easily Can handle a fast pace and keep your spirits up even under stress Have an eye for detail and an understanding of what makes a comfortable restaurant environment Previous experience is a merit, but we place great importance on personality and willingness to learn. Your tasks in brief: You'll work with most aspects of the restaurant and hotel industry – primarily serving, taking orders, operating the register, handling beverages, cleaning, and guest service. The work involves taking care of our restaurant guests as well as providing service to hotel guests upon arrival and during their stay. Working Hours: Primarily evenings and weekends according to schedule Opportunity for part-time or full-time work We operate two hotel and restaurant businesses in Pajala – Hotel Smedjan and Hotel Lapland, where Bykrogen is a central part.
