Sales Associate - Coop Pajala

As a sales associate, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. You are a team player and together we exceed customer expectations. The work is varied and includes all types of tasks that occur in a store such as stock replenishment, sales, and cashier work. It is a plus to have experience in deli/specialty foods since the position involves ordering in this area, and you will also staff our manual deli counter. Within Coop there are opportunities to grow, with for example own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, quality responsibility, and social media. We're open when our customers want to shop, so working hours can vary – daytime, evening, and weekends. The position is ongoing at 33 hours per week. Experience and expertise in retail sales is a plus Experience and expertise in service professions is a plus Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures is a plus It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales.
