Skattkammaren is a parent cooperative preschool in Olofstorp. We are a small and family-oriented preschool with 19 children, committed to providing a high-quality and stimulating preschool environment. We have a high staff-to-child ratio and a stable team. The preschool was founded in 1992 and is located approximately 30 km outside Gothenburg in Olofstorp next to Bergum Church, with beautiful natural areas right outside our door. As a childcare provider, you will work together with preschool teachers and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work at Skattkammaren. You are well-versed in the preschool curriculum and contribute to realizing its goals and intentions in our activities. Your task is to create the best conditions for children, parents, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure. We believe in the competent child with an innate desire to discover, experience, and learn. Through play and joyful learning, we want to stimulate and preserve children's natural curiosity, give them time and space to think and reflect, and nurture their desire to learn. We place great emphasis on creating conditions for all children to develop and learn. We lay the foundation for children's continued education. We see that you have previous experience working in preschool settings. In the selection process, we will place great importance on personal qualities and interest in the position.
