This is not a role for you who want to "support the process". This is for you who matches, acts, and gets people into jobs. We are looking for a coordinator for Rusta and Matcha who understands the labor market, has strong employer contacts, and is driven by clear goals and follow-up. You know that good matching is not luck – it is craftsmanship. The assignment – short and clear Your assignment is to: get job seekers into work or studies, quickly and sustainably. You work closely with participants, but at least as closely with employers. You take initiative, see opportunities, and build connections between competence and needs. Here's what you will do Match job seekers to work or studies with high accuracy Work actively, proactively, and strategically with employer contacts Create concrete job opportunities – not just "suggestions" Coach participants with clarity, pace, and clear expectations Follow up on results and work systematically toward established goals Ensure quality and documentation according to the Public Employment Service's requirements Who we are looking for We are not looking for someone who needs to grow into the role. We are looking for you who already know the job. You: Have documented experience in matching, recruitment, or labor market work Have established employer contacts or are extremely skilled at creating them Are confident in dialogue with companies and know how you sell candidates Think results, not activity Enjoy follow-up, goals, and clear expectations Are self-driven, structured, and professional Formal requirements (according to the Public Employment Service) For this position, you must meet one of the following: Option 1 University education of at least 180 credits (120 points under the previous system) in a relevant field At least 2 years of full-time work experience Option 2 At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with approved results At least 3 years of full-time work experience in, for example: Recruitment Career transition work Management Labor market or personnel issues Study and career guidance Social or group psychology Career counseling (Part-time work is converted to full-time according to regulations.) You must attach both educational certificates and employer references that support the option you fall under according to the description above.
