Ventilen is a special residential facility for elderly people with various forms of dementia. We have 24 apartments that we are responsible for, and we currently have 27 residents (as we are a facility that allows couples to live together). At Ventilen, both nursing assistants and care assistants work together. Our most important work tool is our approach and our smile, so that our residents feel seen and affirmed.
