ABOUT THE JOB We are now seeking seasonal substitutes for home care services in Lycksele Municipality for summer 2026. Do you want to work as a seasonal substitute in home care this summer? Being a seasonal substitute within Support, Care, and Welfare means that during the period June to August you work as a substitute in our operations when regular staff are on vacation. There is an opportunity to start the summer job earlier and train during the spring. If you then want to continue as an hourly substitute in the fall, there are good opportunities for continued work. Within home care, we have a dynamic workplace where we are met daily with new exciting challenges. As an employee in home care, you help our clients with service and personal care in their own homes. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right competence in the right place. We are looking for someone who is 18 years or older. We consider it an advantage if you have education within care and welfare or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent, but what is most important to us is that you have interest and commitment to working with people and want to support them in their daily lives. For certain home care areas, a Class B driver's license is required as you need to be able to travel by car. As a person, you find it easy to listen, understand, and comprehend other people and their needs. You will be in daily contact with many people, such as clients, relatives, and staff, which requires good interpersonal skills and strong cooperation abilities. Working with people means an exciting and changing daily routine, and therefore we believe you find it easy to adapt and prioritize tasks according to current circumstances. This means that we will pay higher wages than the central agreement during the summer months. We also try to help with temporary accommodation if you have difficulty finding housing in Lycksele during the time you work for us. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT Duration: Seasonal substitute position June – August. Scope: 100% or by agreement. Start date: By agreement. Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
