About the Role As a product development engineer/designer at Combi Wear Parts, you'll have a varied and developing role where you work broadly within design, planning, and product development. You'll follow products through their entire lifecycle – from idea and design to industrialization and follow-up in production and the field. The role also includes casting simulation, technical planning, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficient production. An important part of the work is staying close to production and actively participating in troubleshooting and improvement work. The role also includes some technical support to the sales organization. You'll be part of a small, skilled engineering team with both junior and more experienced colleagues, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central.
