Your Responsibilities and Tasks Your task is to ensure that everyone traveling with us has a safe and pleasant trip, in accordance with procedures and traffic and safety regulations. The routes include school transportation and service traffic. You will sometimes help carry and load baggage or aids, such as wheelchairs. In service traffic, we often transport people with special needs or functional variations. You are responsible for providing extra support and service to passengers using paratransit services, medical transport, or other publicly procured trips. You should therefore be knowledgeable about the applicable regulations for this type of transport. Since you have ultimate responsibility for everyone in the vehicle, you should have a good ability to work independently and take initiative within your role, even under stress. You are the one who keeps traffic control and customers informed about traffic disruptions and other deviations. You report to your direct supervisor. Your duties also include helping to keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, as well as reporting vehicle malfunctions and damage. You have good driving skills and believe it is important to drive in an environmentally friendly manner. You are responsible and can remain calm even in stressful traffic and customer situations. You are communicative, social, and speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Meritorious if You have experience in healthcare or elderly care. You have a forklift certification.
