Runa Metall is growing and is now looking for a junior sales representative who wants to develop together with us. We have a clear ambition to become a leading supplier in the Nordic region within material handling and internal logistics, and we're looking for someone with energy, drive, and a willingness to learn sales for real.
With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow into the role of sales representative with support from experienced colleagues, established processes, and a strong group backing you. We're not looking for the finished sales professional—we're looking for the right person.
About the role
As a junior sales representative, you will work on creating new business opportunities and developing relationships with customers in industry, logistics, and manufacturing. You will gradually take on greater responsibility for your own customers and business deals.
Your tasks will include:
booking and conducting customer visits
identifying new business opportunities
following up on quotations and customer conversations
working together with the market and inside sales teams
supporting sales efforts with both new and existing customers
participating in trade shows, customer events, and activities
We're looking for you who
have strong drive and like to create results
are social and enjoy meeting people
are well-organized and follow up on what you start
want to develop in sales and business development
have good knowledge of Swedish and English
have a B driver's license
Maybe you currently work in industry, have experience from customer service, retail, restaurants, inside sales, or another role where you had extensive contact with people. What matters most is not exactly what you've done before, but that you have the right attitude, energy, courage, and willingness to develop.
