Operations are conducted in Skåne and Stockholm, with main production and visitor activities in Kivik. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will have a central role in production where you are responsible for leading, planning, and following up on daily work within the Glass Line or Wine House. You work closely with production and ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with current quality and food safety standards. You will be an important leader for the team and actively work on creating engagement, developing employees, and contributing to a positive work environment. Your main responsibilities include: Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production Introduce, instruct, and develop employees Ensure that routines, instructions, and processes are followed Handle and prevent conflicts and create good team spirit Ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements Activate work on occupational health and safety matters Participate in and drive improvement and efficiency initiatives Follow up on production, quality, and results This is a permanent full-time position working in a 2-shift schedule. About You We are looking for you as a confident and present leader with a genuine interest in people and production. You are clear in your communication, have a coaching approach, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with leadership. To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to make decisions, prioritize correctly, and create engagement even during periods of high pace. We would like to see that you have: High school education, preferably in food, technology, or production At least 2–3 years of experience in supervision within industry, production, or food operations Experience leading and developing employees Good understanding of food hygiene, quality assurance, and production technology Experience with production planning systems and reporting tools, preferably M3 Good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English Class B driver's license What Does Kivik's Musteri Offer?
