Read more about our customer's operations: https://www.saab.com/products/land/camouflage-systems Your Responsibilities As a machine operator, you will be involved in the process of manufacturing products and contribute to meeting customer and company requirements and expectations. This means being involved in the company's development by working in a customer-oriented, quality-conscious, productive and improvement-oriented manner both internally and externally. The role includes advanced operator work and operating machinery at an independent level. The tasks include coordinating work tasks and carrying out planning changes as well as ordering, reporting material and adjusting balances. As a machine operator, you are responsible for product quality and maintenance. Work is performed according to regulations, descriptions, drawings and previous experience based on established guidelines, plans and/or programs. The work may also include your own analyses, assessments, measures and improvement work, which means processing, modifying, analyzing existing products as well as simpler methods, processes and programs. The work schedule is 2-shift, and rotating 3-shift. Your Background/Your Qualities We are looking for a machine operator with a strong technical interest, who takes initiative and is willing to learn more about technology. You are a quick learner, service-oriented team player who understands the importance of how your own performance and attitude affect the entire group. To thrive in the role and live up to expectations, we see that you have: » High school diploma in a relevant field » Previous experience with process machinery and/or manufacturing industry » Are practically inclined and technically interested » Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English in speech and writing » Desirable for the position is a valid forklift certification and driver's license category B The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security requirements.
