Food Service Manager / Team Leader

Forshaga Akademin is a secondary school in Forshaga offering national educational programs in sport fishing, wildlife management, dog training, and adventure tourism. We are now seeking a driven and responsible Food Service Manager and team leader who wants to help shape our operations in our newly built lunch dining hall. The position includes overall responsibility for the daily operations and development of the dining hall activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and clear leadership responsibility. Areas of Responsibility: Purchasing responsibility for the cafeteria and dining hall operations Ordering responsibility and supplier contact Supervisory duties in the dining hall and responsibility for coordinating operations Staff responsibility related to daily operations Educational responsibility within meal services Responsibility for providing information and communication regarding nutrition to students Shared financial responsibility Oversight responsibility for facility-related matters in the dining hall Quality and development responsibility for operations Monitoring and evaluation of operational goals and procedures Other: The position involves some heavy lifting Start as soon as possible
