We are looking for someone who, together with the team, is motivated to lead and develop the pedagogical work at the preschool based on our governing documents. You work to support children's development and give them the opportunity to develop their abilities. Who are you? You are a certified preschool teacher or childcare provider with Montessori certification and/or experience with Montessori pedagogy. AMI training is a merit. You are structured, motivated, have analytical skills and high social competence. Together with the team, you want to help develop our environment and operations - to challenge our children toward creativity, curiosity, a love of learning, and mutual respect. It is important that you see yourself as a co-researching pedagogue with the competent child in focus, where relationships form an important foundation. Great importance is placed on you being a person who complements our team. We expect you to possess good collaboration skills with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are welcome to apply even if you have not yet obtained your preschool teacher certification; the position will then be written as a fixed-term employment until certification is presented. Other Information The position is 100% and available from 2026/08. An excerpt from the criminal record register must be presented before employment.
