Borensberg Health Center is centrally located in central Borensberg and has 6,200 registered patients. The health centers offer physician services, specialist nurse clinics, nurse clinics, child health care, psychosocial support, foot care, and laboratory services. We also manage a number of care facilities for the elderly. Borensberg and Lyckorna Health Centers have a combined organization with a shared management team. In spring 2024, a merger of Borensberg and Lyckorna Health Centers was completed to create a robust operation. Job Description The MLA role is approximately 20% in scope and involves ensuring high patient safety, monitoring the operation's medical outcomes, and investigating and preventing deviations. The MLA shall also assist the operations manager in medical matters and be responsible for participating in necessary meetings and training to fulfill the role. The MLA should be a good role model and representative for the health center both internally and externally. Work Team We have well-functioning, well-equipped, and pleasant facilities, as well as a development-driven approach and conduct extensive primary care services. The health center has physician services, specialist nurse clinics, nurse clinics, elderly care clinic, child health care, psychosocial support, dietitian services, foot care, and laboratory. You must have Swedish medical licensure (attached to application), a specialist certificate, and Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish C1 level. Experience with the Cosmic medical records system is advantageous. We see that it is beneficial if you have a few years of experience as a qualified specialist. If you have previous experience as a medical director or have held another management position, that is advantageous. Driver's license category B is required.
