JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a special education teacher, you will be a natural part of the school's daily work. You collaborate with teachers on adaptations and special support, contribute to assessments and analyses, and follow up on interventions at individual, group, and organizational levels. You are expected to be confident and skilled in conducting pedagogical evaluations, writing intervention plans, and submitting applications for extraordinary support. Your duties also include planning and implementing targeted interventions with students, both individually and in groups, based on identified needs. An important part of the work is guiding and supporting colleagues in creating accessible learning environments where more students have the opportunity to succeed in their education. You are also an active member of the student support team, where your expertise becomes an important piece of the puzzle in the collaborative work for students' development and well-being. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a special education teaching degree and who sees value in working together with others. You have a relational and solution-focused approach and feel confident in your profession. You have the ability to analyze and see connections between teaching, learning environment, and student needs, and you are happy to contribute both in day-to-day classroom work and in the school's longer-term development efforts.
