Sarahemmet is located in Nacka/Älta and has 54 tastefully furnished apartments spread over two floors, for individuals with dementia and care needs. About the Role In your role as a nursing assistant, you work closely with residents, relatives, managers, and other care staff. You and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful daily life for those who live with us are important parts of the work. We focus on person-centered care, activities, care meals, and contact person responsibilities. The position is in a somatic unit at approximately 80%. Who Are You? Your Experience We are looking for someone who has: • a professional certification as a nursing assistant from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare • good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing • good computer skills.
