Fredriksons Verkstads AB is now seeking an Order Administrator who wants to help ensure high delivery precision and customer satisfaction. As an Order Administrator, you have overall responsibility for our customers and their order flow from initial registration to delivery. You work closely with both internal functions, external parties, and customers, playing an important role in creating an efficient order flow and a positive customer experience. You work operationally and proactively with order management, delivery monitoring and follow-up, and actively contribute to developing and improving our working methods. Your main responsibilities: Order and Customer Management • Register and manage forecasts and delivery plans • Administer customer orders from registration to delivery • Follow up on deliveries and proactively drive internally when deviations occur • Maintain good insight into customer needs and activities and maintain ongoing dialogue regarding changes Operational Planning and Production Support • Release manufacturing orders and manage necessary adjustments • Ensure material supply and follow up on deviations • Monitor capacity and capacity utilization on a short and long-term basis • Oversee subcontracted manufacturing and deliveries, both internally and externally Analysis and Improvement • Contribute with analyses related to delivery precision and customer needs • Participate in the implementation of new products and product lines • Actively contribute to improvement initiatives and projects QUALIFICATIONS • Relevant education or equivalent work experience • Experience with order management, administration, or supply chain • Experience from manufacturing industry is a merit • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written We are looking for someone who • Takes responsibility and has a structured approach to work • Is flexible and solution-oriented • Thrives in a role with many contact points and close collaboration • Builds trust and is confident in dialogue with both customers and colleagues • Has experience with business systems (a merit), particularly if you have experience working with Monitor ERP Of course, you share our values: Participation, Long-term thinking, and Development.
