Childcare Assistant / Kitchen Assistant – Substitute as Needed Rodret förskola och skola is seeking three warm and dedicated substitutes as needed who can work as childcare assistants and/or kitchen assistants in our operations. Rodret förskola & skola is an independent facility located in Tungelsta. We operate a parent cooperative preschool for ages 1-5, preschool class, after-school program, and primary school through grade three. Our shared view of children, knowledge, and approach form the foundation of all our activities. At Rodret, children's participation is important to us. Together we create a learning, developmental, and joyful daily life. We prioritize outdoor play in our wonderful yard and spend considerable time in nature and outdoors. We also incorporate environmental thinking in our operations through waste sorting, composting, nature and outdoor activities, as well as gardening in our garden plot. Job Responsibilities: As a childcare assistant: work together with educators in child groups, contribute to a safe and stimulating environment. As a kitchen assistant: assist with meal preparation, serving, dishwashing, and cleaning according to current procedures. We are looking for you if you: Are responsible, flexible, and have good collaboration skills Enjoy working with children Have a positive attitude and can step in on short notice Previous experience is a merit but not required We offer: Hourly employment as a substitute as needed Meaningful work in a safe and pleasant work environment Certificate from the criminal record register is required by law.
