JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Väckelsång home care is a small group that together is responsible for Väckelsång village and surrounding areas. Together, we strive for care recipients to feel well received, understood, and included. The work includes customary care and service tasks as well as delegated medication management. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills through ongoing training with the municipality's nurses and practice practically at the municipality's own KTC. JOB DUTIES Solhaga elder care home in Väckelsång is now looking for a new colleague! Solhaga consists of two departments with a shared common area & outdoor space. As a new colleague, you will be assigned to one department but will receive introduction to the entire operation and are expected to provide support where and when needed. Daily work includes standard nursing care tasks and delegated medication handling. You will be assigned responsibility areas within the operation and will serve as a dedicated care contact. There is also an ongoing opportunity to further your education through Care and Nursing College, for example to become an instructor.
