About the Role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production and work closely with both operations and management. You ensure that production runs efficiently, maintains the right quality, and delivers according to set targets. About the Role As a Shift Leader, you will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for leading and distributing work in production during your shift. You work closely with the production team and have an important function in creating structure, engagement, and the right conditions for production to run efficiently and with high quality. You will lead approximately 23 people per shift in a two-shift operation and work operatively close to the business. Working hours are arranged on a 2-shift basis.
