Duties
We are seeking a supervisor for the Employment Services Unit, where your role will be to mentor participants—both practically and to some extent theoretically.
The role involves practically guiding participants in daily work tasks, often in municipal activities. Motivate and strengthen the participant's self-confidence, structure their daily life, and help them move forward.
You will, among other things:
Mentor participants in various work-preparation activities
Guide and support participants in their development, both individually and in groups
Work solution-focused to create security, structure, and motivation
Collaborate with colleagues and be part of an engaged team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and who has:
Strong leadership qualities
High social competence and good collaboration skills
Ability to work practically and with a solution-oriented approach
Previous experience mentoring individuals
A valid driver's license is required for this position
It is an asset if you have previous experience in similar work and local knowledge of the area and activities. Experience working with people with various functional variations or language barriers is also an advantage, as is knowledge of labor market regulations and measures.

Other Information
This is a permanent position at 100%, spread over five working days per week. Start date September 1, 2026, or by agreement. A probationary period will apply.
